Aiana Collective offers fine dining in the nation’s capital. Although primarily focused on food, their wine & cocktail program are great as well. The bar at Aiana has a decent selection, allowing the team to create beautiful cocktails that pair well with the food. They have curated some refreshing cocktails for their beverage menu.
Aiana has a convenient downtown location and an amazing decor: star-like chandeliers, and blue and gold seating that marry together seamlessly to create an atmosphere of great class and elegance.
Aiana opened during the very early days of the pandemic. Despite the unexpected challenges of the times, they very quickly caught the attention of many. It was no surprise when they were recognized as one of Canada’s best new restaurants in 2021.
