the bar at Perch
Preston Street offers an excellent selection of great restaurants and bars. On this very street we find Perch: a fine dining establishment and one of the best in Canada at that. That must not take away from the fact that beverage manager Shannon Marshall puts a significant effort towards delivering innovative cocktails from Canadian ingredients. Perch opened in late 2021, and we are very thankful that they survived the COVID lockdowns, as they are now an establishment helping to place Ottawa as a big player on the Canadian culinary map.
