Riviera is first and foremost a fine dining establishment. They have been recognized time and time again as one of Canada’s best restaurants. However, we believe that there is still more worth highlighting here. The bar at Riviera is amazing. The team behind the bar is fantastic. The cocktails are exquisite. The space is beautiful. Shall I go on? They have one of the most extensive alcohol selections of any bar in Ottawa, and they most certainly have the greatest selection of Negroni variations than you’ll find anywhere else.
